3. Extended Return Period

In addition to your statutory right to cancel, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. Products must be in a resalable condition.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
• The product must not be damaged, used, or tampered with.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (or 14 days for statutory right to cancel).
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially used, or that are not in their original packaging, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, or not as described on our Website, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs incurred.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, or returning a product within our 30-day extended return period, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly delivered.

For faulty or incorrectly delivered products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• The original delivery cost will be refunded if the return is due to a fault or error on our part. Otherwise, delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

9. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened or the seal has been broken (unless faulty).
• Products that have been partially or fully consumed.
• Products returned after the 30-day return period has expired (subject to your statutory rights).
